A watch is the only jewellery most men agree to
Phones tell the time. A watch does something else: it sits on the wrist all day, in every room you walk into, and it is the one detail people register without being told to look.
It works with a shirt cuff and it works with a rolled sleeve, which is most of what a week asks of a watch.
It is on the wrist you raise to check the time, in the open, all day. Nothing else you own is looked at that often by other people.
Case, dial, strap
A watch is a case, a dial and a strap, and all three are on permanent display, so there is nowhere for any of them to hide. The case holds the line, the dial does the reading, and the strap decides whether you keep it on your wrist or in a drawer.

Will it fit my wrist?
The bracelet adjusts across the usual adult range, so it closes level on a slim wrist and on a broad one alike. Links or holes come out in a few minutes at any jeweller, or at home with the right tool.
Can I wear it in water?
It is water resistant, which covers rain and washing your hands. Keep the crown pushed fully home before anything gets wet, and treat swimming and diving as outside what it is built for unless a depth is listed above.
Does it need looking after?
Very little. Wipe the case and bracelet with a dry cloth now and then, and keep it away from strong magnets if it is mechanical. That is the whole routine.
What arrives in the parcel?
The piece exactly as shown in the product images, securely packed. A presentation box is not included — if you want one, boxes are listed separately in their own collection.
What if I change my mind?
Send it back unused. Returns are free and global, so changing your mind costs you nothing but the trip to the post box.
