Sunglasses are the single fastest change you can make to how you look. Nothing else you own alters a face that much in one second, which is why the frame matters more than anything else about them.
On, or pushed up into the hair, they are part of the outfit either way. Few accessories keep working when you stop using them.
Frames are the one thing you wear on your face, so they are read first and from a distance. Everything else is read afterwards.
How they are built
Two things make a pair of sunglasses: the shape of the frame and what the lens does to the light. The first is permanent and the second is a choice.

Will they suit my face?
Go on the shape rather than the size. One size, and the temples have enough give to sit level on most faces.
Do they actually protect my eyes?
Yes — the lenses block ultraviolet, which is the part that matters. A dark lens without that does the opposite of helping, because the pupil opens behind it.
Can I have prescription lenses fitted?
An optician can usually reglaze a frame like this one. Take it in and ask before you order lenses for it.
How do I clean them?
Rinse the lenses under cool water and dry them with a soft cloth. Dry-wiping dust across a lens is what puts the fine scratches there, so wet first.
What arrives in the parcel?
The piece exactly as shown in the product images, securely packed. A presentation box is offered as a choice at the top of this page rather than included by default.
