Soft clothing has a reputation problem, and it is undeserved. A well-cut sweatshirt is as easy to wear as anything you own and still reads as deliberate.
Pulled on over a tee it is comfort; worn under a jacket it is a layer. Either way it never looks like you gave up on the day.
People read soft clothing fast, and not always kindly. One that has kept its shape gets read the other way, and they never work out why.
Where a sweatshirt is won or lost
The two things that keep a sweatshirt looking like clothing are the weight of the loopback and the ribbing at the edges. Thin cloth and slack ribbing is exactly how a cheap one gets cheap.

The cut is identical in all three. The colour decides the job: the neutrals go under everything and behave, and the rest are the ones that make a plain outfit look chosen.

The honest version of the price
The two expensive things in a sweatshirt are the weight of the loopback and the rib at the cuffs and hem. Neither shows in a photograph, and both are the reason one holds its shape through a winter.
None of that was cut here. What was removed is the part that has nothing to do with the sweatshirt: the rail, the shop floor, the distributor taking a cut on the way. We sell direct, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a sweatshirt built like this is simply not in the price. You are paying for the garment.

How does it fit?
Room through the body, close at the cuff and hem. If you want it oversized take one size up — the ribbing keeps the shape either way.
Will it lose its shape?
The ribbing at the cuffs and hem is what prevents that, and it is the reason the body still sits where it should after a winter of wear.
Does the zip run all the way up?
Yes, to the top of the collar, so it can be worn fully closed or open as a layer.
How do I wash it?
Cool, inside out, and dry it flat. Do not tumble it hot: that is what takes the body out of the cloth and the stretch out of the rib.
What arrives in the parcel?
The piece exactly as shown in the product images, packed so it arrives the way it left.
Is it a good gift?
